At Embrace Your Essence, we believe that to find relief from struggle, and pain, and reconnect with who you really are, we need to be able to access the places within ourselves where old wounds, insecurities, and our deepest longings have been hidden and protected. Once we’ve found these places, these parts of us need to feel safe enough to open and receive what they need. Otherwise, anything we do, or try just skims over the barrier we’ve created to protect these parts of ourselves.
Intellectually understanding what’s going on only gets us so far, we need to tap into the energy of the situation to get to its core. Sometimes, the work we’ve done may have created an opening, and healing may have trickled in, though it may not be to the depth and extent that we truly need.

We believe that to deeply and lastingly heal you need to:
- Be witnessed exactly as you are from a place of non-judgment and love
- Recognize the connections your current struggle has with other areas of your life to illuminate the underlying patterns which need love and attention.
- Let loving, compassionate energy flow into and saturate the places that need it within your body and soul.
These steps above are based on the foundations that:
- Everything is Source Energy.
- Everything we need is available here now.
- Our body, emotions, thoughts, and spirit form an interwoven tapestry. Tug on one strand and you influence all others.
- Stored energy patterns are released or shifted when given space, safety, and what they truly need to be in balance.
