This meditation is particularly helpful for empaths and those working on energetic boundaries. Do this practice if you are unsure if you are experiencing someone else's energy or your own, are carrying other's emotions or pain, or may have given your energy away. Do this meditation when you are ready to free yourself from unhealthy dynamics in a particular relationship. If you are experiencing push-pull cycles, having a hard time moving on or releasing attachments despite your efforts, this meditation is a good first step.
