We all need a web of support to lean on throughout life. Here are some of my favorite gems. This is shared with many thanks for those who have carried me.

Use when you are exchanging energies in an unhealthy way with another person. Perhaps you are carrying their emotional baggage or you have given yourself away and feel depleted. This meditation is one of my cornerstones to restore balance, and clear the slate so healthy dynamics can be established.
This technique, also referred to as "tapping", is used to reset your circuitry, when in the grip of a negative emotional response. This method has been used for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), addictions, phobias, releasing unhealthy thought forms, and "triggers". EFT can be done alone, using your fingertips to tap on a series of acupressure points around your body. To learn how to do EFT on yourself, and more about the technique visit Gary Craig's website (the founder of EFT) The Basic EFT Recipe video with Gary Craig
