Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
This technique, also referred to as "tapping", is used to reset your circuitry, when in the grip of a negative emotional response. This method has been used for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), addictions, phobias, releasing unhealthy thought forms, and "triggers". EFT can be done alone, using your fingertips to tap on a series of acupressure points around your body.
